Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made in the Logmatic online store. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. Seller

UAB Autobaitas, company code 304995560, VAT number LT100012136117, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania. Email: info@autobaitas.lt, phone: +370 651 77707.

2. Customers

The store sells to business customers (companies and self-employed persons buying for their business) and to consumers. Rules that apply only to consumers are marked as such. Consumers keep all rights granted to them by mandatory consumer protection law.

3. Products and compatibility

Product pages list the vehicle brands and models each device is designed for. Before ordering, please check that the device matches your vehicle, engine and model year. If you are unsure, contact us before placing the order.

Some devices change or switch off functions of a vehicle’s emission control or other systems. Rules on using such devices differ between countries and may prohibit their use on public roads. The customer is solely responsible for making sure that the device is installed and used in line with the laws of the country where the vehicle is operated, including type-approval, roadworthiness and environmental rules. The seller is not liable for fines, loss of type-approval, warranty or insurance cover resulting from the use of a device.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in euro (EUR). VAT is calculated at checkout based on the customer’s country and status:

  • Lithuania: 21% VAT for all customers.
  • Other EU countries, consumers and businesses without a valid VAT number: the VAT rate of the destination country.
  • Other EU countries, businesses with a VAT number validated in the EU VIES system: 0% VAT (reverse charge).
  • Deliveries outside the EU: 0% VAT (export). Import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are paid by the customer.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

5. Orders and contract

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the price was obviously wrong, or payment was not received. In that case any payment made is refunded in full.

6. Payment

You can pay by payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payments are processed by our payment providers over a secure connection. An invoice is issued for every order and sent by email.

7. Delivery

We ship worldwide with FedEx and other couriers. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days within Europe, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to the customer when the parcel is delivered. Please inspect the parcel on delivery and report visible damage to the courier and to us.

8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. See our Refund and Returns Policy for how to return goods. Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty and defects

Consumers have a legal guarantee of 2 years for goods that are not in conformity with the contract. For business customers, the warranty rules of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania apply unless agreed otherwise in writing. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, use on incompatible vehicles, modification of the device, or use contrary to these terms.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the seller’s liability to business customers is limited to the price paid for the product concerned, and the seller is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, vehicle downtime or towing costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

Please send complaints to info@autobaitas.lt. We reply within 14 days. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers resident in Lithuania may also refer disputes to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt). Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence remain applicable.
